Keeping Your Best Employees!

There is an old marketing adage that says your best clients are someone else’s top prospects.  In today’s market we have a new one:

XM Truth:  Your best EMPLOYEES are someone else’s top prospects.

In the current positive economy, most of our clients are suffering from indigestion; too much work and too few workers to deliver excellence.  Three steps we can take to alleviate this problem.

  1. Leaders must spend dedicated strategic time creating a process and plan to Recruit, Hire, Train and Develop talent.
  2. If you don’t have one, put a basic benefits package together. Often, this is not as expensive as you might think. (Check out Ryan Holloway’s video on Employee Benefits 101)
  3. Be the kind of leader that inspires and challenges people to their best performance ever.

The most critical decision a leader makes is who does what.
