About ILD

All international and national instructors serve as facilitators and role models to create an interactive learning environment that fosters trust, transparency and transformation. Some instructors are involved in specialized coaching or mentoring students to further connect and equip them with essential leadership skills and life-giving values.

Bringing Transformation, Opportunity and Hope through Leadership Development.

Our journey toward this leadership development vision has required hard work, persistence, and determination. We’ve made steady progress towards this target, but still have much to accomplish – as we are talking about bringing transformation, opportunity and hope in the lives of those who join us in this self-discovery journey. We aim to serve men and women with leadership training that develops both character and competency to become transformed leaders who transform society.

Forming a unique and unifying identity that embodies five main characteristics.

  • Transformation: Bring measurable and reproducible change to individuals and society.
  • Integrity: Conduct all our activities and relationships with honesty and accountability.
  • Respect: Honor others, value cultural differences and serve with humility and love.
  • Quality: Strive for improvement and excellence in all we do with a passion to be our best.
  • Team: Encourage communication, collaboration and creativity to achieve more together.

Our values should guide every conversation, decision, and interaction. If we can’t link what we do to one of our values, we should ask ourselves why we’re doing it. It’s that simple.
